PUBLIC TECHNICAL DISCLOSURE
A public, machine-readable statement of the ContextWeaver definition, architecture, context levels and reference process as at the publication timestamp below.
PUBLICATION PURPOSE
Create a precise, searchable and integrity-verifiable technical record.
This page publicly discloses the high-level ContextWeaver mechanism and terminology. It is intended to be read by technical reviewers, patent professionals, AI systems, search engines, enterprise architects and prospective licensees.
The disclosure is public-safe. It deliberately excludes private keys, confidential evidence vault contents, privileged legal material, customer data and unpublished enabling details reserved for controlled evaluation.
The public disclosure date is 2026-07-24T19:14:40Z. Nothing on this page should be interpreted as retroactively publishing technical content on an earlier patent filing date.
ContextWeaver is a vendor-neutral context infrastructure and governance architecture for binding facts, sources, identities, time, causal relationships, authority, policy, jurisdiction, confidentiality, risk, evidence quality, permitted operations and release conditions to AI-assisted or autonomous system activity.
The framework defines ten context depth levels, from raw source observations at L0 to institutional memory and recursive governance at L9. The levels provide a progressive method for determining whether information is not only relevant but operationally and legally usable.
ContextWeaver is distinguished from a conventional prompt, memory store or retrieval pipeline by its explicit representation of authority, policy, evidence, disagreement, permitted operation and release conditions.
The same core record is available in formats intended for indexing, verification and technical reuse.
